Happy Tree attaches great importance on improving people's self-esteem as well as enhancing the inherent values of life.
Happy Tree cooperates with local universities, primary schools, secondary schools and community centers to conduct various workshops on self-esteem and anti-poverty. We also co-organize with local institutions to host volunteer services to Cambodia and India; allowing students to make a real difference to the struggling people while counting their blessing at the same time.
Besides, Happy Tree provides outreach support service to Hidden and Vulnerable elders. Hong Kong's population continues to age quickly with one in every three people expected to be older than 65 in 2066. Among the 7.4 million people in 2017, 1.2 million of population were expected to be over 65 while 100,000 of the population were considered as hidden and singleton elders. Happy Tree is willing to care about these elders so that they can live happily in the later stages of their lives.
