House of Hope Orphanage
House of Hope is located in the ancient city of Luang Prabang, Laos. Founded by a pastor who also works part-time as a tour guide, the orphanage began not from resources or planning, but from a heartfelt calling and mission. With only a modest salary, he has quietly taken on the responsibility of caring for twelve orphans. Because there has been no publicity, House of Hope has long lacked external support. Though the children live in simple conditions, he strives to provide them with food and education.

When Happy Tree visited the children in Luang Prabang, we were deeply moved. With too few bicycles, some children must walk an hour each day to reach school. Despite the hardships, they remain innocent and kind, their eyes filled with a hunger to learn. Their smiles and purity touched us profoundly, showing us both their hope for the future and the power of love.
To ensure the children can live and study in a safer, more comfortable environment, Happy Tree began providing regular support in July 2025. Every donation goes directly to the children’s food, clothing, shelter, and education, guaranteeing that each gift truly improves their lives and lights the path toward a brighter tomorrow.
Sponsorship per month per orphan: HK$300
